Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Policy • All sessions must be booked in advance through the GraceCast website or via email confirmation.
 • Bookings are not considered confirmed until the client receives a confirmation email.
 • A deposit may be required for full setup or on-site engagements, as outlined in the Statement of Work.
 • Clients are encouraged to book at least 2 weeks in advance for scheduling flexibility. 2. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid fees.
 • Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
 • No-shows or same-day cancellations are charged in full.
 • In the rare case GraceCast must cancel, all fees will be refunded or the session rescheduled at no cost. 3. Waitlist Policy • If a requested time is unavailable, clients may request to join a waitlist.
 • Waitlisted clients will be contacted in the order received if availability opens up.
 • Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a booking slot. 4. Additional Notes • All policies are subject to change with notice.
